Hello Dear Ones,
New Moons are a time for setting new intentions and creating new beginnings. We get to reset and begin again. As we add more classes on to the Co op schedule this month, Blissful Yoga’s focus for the month of June is on working together for a common goal!
As a cooperative business, yoga teachers at Blissful Yoga get to teach a their own brand of yoga. It is as if each teacher at the studio now has their very own yoga business. During their time teaching at the Co-op, they get to promote their work, their own websites and their own unique offerings!
But wait a minute…as the owner of Blissful Yoga, I am also a yoga teacher and promoting my self, so aren’t I supposed to be in competition with all of these other yoga teachers?
Well, that answer is actually NO.
I am in the empowerment business; therefore, I see things somewhat differently. We live in an area that is inundated with yoga teachers and yoga studios.
There’s a reason we are all here. We are here to share yoga and uplift as many as we can.
I believe that there is more than enough to go around for everyone. I believe that when we lift ourselves up we give others permission to do the same. As a cooperative business, my goal is for all of our yoga teachers to work together for the betterment of ourselves and our community.
With that being said, please welcome our newest teacher beginning this week, Miss Edie June!
