Chakras are centers of life force energy that correspond to vital points in the physical body. As the chakras spin, they vibrate with energy – balancing our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. When the Chakras become unbalanced, it can manifest symptoms in the mind, body and spirit.
The first Chakra is red and located at the base of the spine. It is the Chakra closest to the earth and represents earthly grounding, physical survival and a sense of security. A blockage may manifest in paranoia, fear, procrastination and defensiveness.
The second Chakra is orange and located at the abdomen. This Chakra represents emotion, desire, pleasure, sexuality, procreation and creativity. A blockage may manifest as emotional problems, compulsive or obsessive behavior and sexual guilt.
The third Chakra is yellow and located above the navel. This chakra is connected to your digestive system, muscles, pancreas and adrenals. Feelings of personal power, laughter and joy are associated with this center. A blockage may manifest as anger, frustration, lack of direction or a sense of victimization.
The fourth Chakra is green and located at the center of the chest. It is the center of love, compassion, harmony and peace. A blockage can manifest as immune system problems inhumanity or lack of compassion.

The seventh Chakra is violet and located at the top of the head. It is the highest Chakra in your physical body and represents your ability to fully connect spiritually. A blockage may manifest as psychological problems.
